- Can you share some of your favorite memories from your years at KCP? I recently visited the school after about 15 years and toured the campus. I loved walking past what used to be my sociales, physics, and spanish classrooms. I have to say, standing on the area where the old coke stand used to be, and walking past the soccer field, really got to me – this is where many of my long-standing relationships with my classmates were created and strengthened.
- What makes you most proud to be part of the KCP community? Throughout my professional journey, I’ve met many, many talented KPC alumni – what makes me most proud is our community’s pride in the school. It’s fantastic to see our ability to connect on a personal level by just saying ‘I graduated from KCP’.
- What advice would you give our young Tigers who are interested in pursuing a career in investment banking? I am actually in the wealth management/private banking space – my advice is ‘be curious, never stop learning’. Life (both personal and professional) is rarely a straight path; however, we never know when or where doors will open up to new opportunities. Our responsibility lies in asking questions and learning new skills to be ready to take on new challenges when these opportunities arise.
- How did your experience at KCP influence your life and the choices you’ve made along the way? I graduated in 1998 from KCP and have lived 20 years in the US and 9 years in Brazil. Looking back to my school years, I believe KCP pushed me to challenge myself every day and the relationships I created along the way have opened up doors that still contribute to my personal growth to this day.
