Andrés Fernández Munárriz and his sister Angelica Fernández Munárriz, Class of 2007, are the dynamic duo behind one of the most recognized restaurant chains in town, including Mimi’s and Burger Stock. What started as a school project with their grandmother’s recipe became a small brownie business managed from home with the support of their mother. Today, it has evolved into a family-owned business with locations at various strategic points throughout the city and in different malls. We can’t wait to see what more is in store for this family and their successful ventures!
