Carlos Dieppa, Class of 1985, is the Regional President Petcare Latin America & Dog Portfolio PSL at Mars Petcare, where he Oversaw US$1B, fastest-growing Latin America region in pet care, making it the fastest-growing region in the world. Directed more than 3,000 full-time employees, and five business units that included Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Carlos has a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a master’s in Strategic Marketing from CESA, and an Executive Program on Strategy and Organization, from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
