Over the weekend, Seniors participated in the traditional Convivencia, in Ubaté, Cundinamarca, meant for personal and group growth. They had the opportunity to challenge themselves and strengthen their teamwork skills. Among other activities, they visited caves and worked with ropes to face some of their individual fears. The activities focused on experiential pedagogy, teamwork challenges, physical and mental effort, and many group building exercises.
The Convivencia was carried out from a prospective point of view, which sought to provide students with resources to undertake the new challenges that they will soon begin to assume in their adult lives. They focused on their human development, their physical and intellectual abilities, their academic development , and their analytical and critical resources. They also worked on their vocational processes, reflecting upon the decisions that will lead them to start their university life.
