Stephanie Farah Carbonell – Class of 2008

Stephanie Farah Carbonell, Class of 2008, is an artist known for her nomadic lifestyle, constantly seeking inspiration in new cities and natural surroundings. Her artistic journey involves the development of a distinctive painting technique. Stephanie has participated in exhibitions in prominent art destinations such as New York, Barcelona, Rome, and Paris.

Stephanie studied architecture and design at Universidad Javeriana and has a master’s in advanced interaction from the Institute of Advanced Architecture from Catalunya (IAAC) in Barcelona, Spain.

Before focusing on her art, Stephanie founded and directed the LIT Festival, a remarkable international cultural event. This festival captivated audiences with interactive light installations created by artists from around the world. It attracted more than 500,000 attendees and transformed Bogotá city center into a dazzling showcase of artistic innovation.
