We are proud to spotlight Sandra Dee Muvdi Lundsberg, a Class of 1985 member who recently participated in the Patagonia Challenge Trek on behalf of her foundation, the Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation. This trek, a grueling 50-mile journey through South America, included up to nine-hour hiking days, 9,000-foot climbs, river crossings, and ice hiking on the Grey Glacier. Muvdi, in honor of her late daughter and support of children battling cancer, completed the five-day challenge to raise funds for this important cause. Thanks to the efforts of this trek, more than $57,600 was raised to aid children in their fight against cancer. The foundation has assisted over 7,300 children and families in their battle against this devastating illness.
