KCP Alumni Profiles, Publications, Sin categoría

After I graduated from KCP in the year 1991 I became a lawyer. Later,  I started working as a Commercial Manager in Procecon. Five years after working as Commercial Manager I took the risk of opening my first restaurant and catering business which right now has up to 5 restaurants in different cities around Colombia. The more I got interested in the restaurant and managing business I decided to take two courses at Universidad Externado in Bogota about Business Management and Event Coordinator and Protocol. Five years ago, I also created a non-profitable foundation called “Cocinado Alegria”.

What is your greatest professional or personal achievement to date?

My greatest personal achievement has been working with and for the homeless by doing monthly encounters where we feed about 150 people and make several recreational and psychosocial activities for them.

How did KCP prepare you for your career?

KCP prepared me for my career in so many ways by offering me the techniques and values to grow as a person even in times of difficulties. It taught me the ability to bond with different kinds of people, and this has been very helpful to me as a person and in my job.

Why are you proud to be KCP?

I am proud to be KCP because besides from the excellent academic method it teaches, the teachers and staff focus on each individual to grow as an outstanding student and integral person full of values and principles.

What advice would you give KCP students?

Enjoy this stage of school because it will bring you so many memories and friends that will last for a lifetime.
