Check out the full interview:

How has my experience at KCP influenced my life and career decisions? Attending Karl C. Parrish (KCP) was instrumental in shaping my academic foundation and personal development. The school provided a rigorous curriculum that instilled critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which have been invaluable throughout my career. Moreover, KCP emphasized the importance of integrity and ethical conduct, qualities that are fundamental in my role as Contralor Delegado at the Contraloria General de la República.

What advice would I offer to KCP students interested in a similar career path? I would encourage students to pursue excellence in their studies and to actively seek opportunities to develop leadership and analytical skills. Internships and extracurricular activities can provide valuable hands-on experience. It’s also important to maintain a strong sense of ethics and accountability, as these principles are fundamental in public service.

Could I share some fond memories from my time at KCP? My time at KCP was filled with memorable experiences, from participating in academic competitions to forming lasting friendships with classmates and teachers. The supportive environment and camaraderie among students contributed to a positive and enriching educational experience.

What makes me proud to be part of the KCP Family? Being part of the KCP community is a source of pride for me because of the school’s commitment to academic excellence and character development. KCP fosters a sense of community and values that continue to guide me in my professional and personal life. I am grateful for the foundation and values instilled in me during my time at KCP, which have been instrumental in my career journey.
