Luis Pertuz Class of 1992, has been a teacher for over 20 years and has two Masters Degrees (in Global Entrepreneurship and in Educational Management). This year, he was the only Colombian accepted to the Google Certified Innovator Academy, that is a program where Google recognizes and supports the world’s best educators that use technology to overcome the most important educational challenges. He was one of the 42 innovators selected from hundreds of applicants around the world to work on overcoming the difficulties teachers and administrators encounter with lesson plans!

What are you currently doing?
I work as the Technology Integrator at Colegio Marymount.
What is your greatest professional or personal achievement to date?
Right now, getting accepted to the Google Certified Innovator Academy!
How did KCP prepare you for your career?
KCP has helped me by giving me a challenge-friendly and adaptable mindset.
Why are you proud to be KCP?
It’s my school, I spent an awesome 5 years there!
What advice would you give KCP students?
Don’t ever be afraid to be yourself, your skillset and knowledge make you valuable in whatever endeavor you choose to pursue.
