After I graduated from KCP in the year 1991 I became a lawyer. Later, I started working as a Commercial Manager in Procecon. Five years after working as Commercial Manager I took the risk of opening my first restaurant and catering business which right now has up to 5 restaurants in different cities around Colombia. The more I got interested in the restaurant and managing business I decided to take two courses at Universidad Externado in Bogota about Business Management and Event Coordinator and Protocol. Five years ago, I also created a non-profitable foundation called “Cocinado Alegria”.
